Included in this price:
- accommodation in one of our luxury multi-award winning glamping cabins for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday night) – with option to stay Sunday night at no additional charge
- 2 x 1 hour body wellness sessions on the Saturday (choose from Yoga, Wellbeing Boxing or Body Weight Fitness Session)
- 1 x 1hr treatment on the Sunday (choose from Indian Head Massage, Reflexology or Reiki)
All in peaceful Cornish surroundings to the backdrop of stunning sea views.

Itinerary
Friday
Friday is yours so arrive whenever you like after 3pm, maybe book a meal at a local recommended restaurant, or cook in – perhaps a little stargazing around your firepit into the evening.
Saturday
After breakfast in your cabin, meet the owners and wellness specialists and choose your preferred programme for the next 2 days:
- Saturday am: 1 hour group body session – choose from Yoga, Wellbeing Boxing or Onefitwarrior Body fitness.
- Saturday pm: 1 hour group body session – choose from Yoga, Wellbeing Boxing or Onefitwarrior Body fitness.
The rest of the day is yours to relax on site or explore the local area, maybe visit the beach or local beauty spots – we provide lots of recommendations about the local area when you book.


Sunday
- 1 hour treatment from the choice of Reflexology, Indian Head Massage or Reiki.
Enjoy your relaxing and replenishing treatment from one of our amazing wellness therapy partners, before heading home on Sunday pm – or stay an extra night for no additional cost, heading home nourished and revitalised on the Monday morning.

Rikke will start each group session by talking through the issues that you want to unpack and get off your chest – this then becomes part of the session as you move through:
Pad work
Boxing technique drills
At the end of the session he will wrap up with tools/techniques for dealing with issues and talk through an action plan that you can work towards.
Onefitwarrior – an experienced, award winning & passionate personal trainer will be delivering our 1hr body weight fitness sessions – moving your body, getting the blood pumping and the energy flowing.
From squats to press ups, the most rewarding way to feel good is to be able to move your own body weight. Accelerating the heart rate, building strength and allowing your body to feel energised and free.
