Wellbeing Boxing at Lydcott Glamping

We’re proud to annouce that we’re teaming up with the amazing guys at Wellbeing Boxing to offer something a little different to our guests this year.

Whether you’re looking to kick start your fitness, reset your
mental state or just try something different during your stay at Lydcott, our wellbeing boxing sessions are suitable for all fitness and abilities, ages 10 years and over.

About the Coach

Rikke has a really unique approach and is just an all-round great guy. He has been involved in boxing for 30 years and has transformed the lives of clients young and old, working alongside people with many different challenges – including anger issues, mental health, obesity, anxiety and addiction.
An ex-professional boxer, Rikke’s main focus has long been to help other people. He has given his time for free to help young offenders, people with disabilities and anyone in need.

The minute we met him, we knew his ethos was the perfect match with ours.

How does it work?

To book your wellbeing boxing session:

To book, simply add your Wellbeing Boxing session as an extra when you book your stay.

When we receive your booking, we will put you directly in touch with Rikke at Wellbeing Boxing to arrange a suitable time for your session here at Lydcott Glamping. Ideally, you’ll be able to have your session on site, with a backdrop of stunning sea views – but if the weather has other ideas, an alternative location nearby can be arranged!

Please note any sessions are subject to availability. In the instance that a suitable time cannot be arranged during your stay with us, we will of course refund your session in full.
