Love is in the air this February, and there’s no better way to celebrate Valentine’s Weekend than with a romantic escape to Lydcott Glamping in Cornwall.

Sunday 13th October marked the inaugural Sunday Social at Lydcott Glamping in Widegates, and we were delighted to welcome so many guests for an afternoon of good company, stunning views and Cornish tipples.

As we move into Autumn, we wanted to share with you big news about our plans for the year ahead.
One of the biggest things we’ve achieved behind the scenes is to build and establish our brand new Lydcott Social space, which means we have lots of exciting events planned over the coming weeks and months. We’ve been recognised with yet more awards, had the pleasure of hosting the most fabulous and romantic wedding proposal, and even completely overhauled our pricing to hopefully enable more people to come and stay with us outside of our busy & more expensive peak weeks. (We hate our gorgeous cabins sitting empty!)

Our brand new outdoor tub in the magical secret garden of Dreckly cabin has on-demand hot & cold water, for a hot bath or a cold plunge surrounded by nature. It offers an eco-friendly alternative to traditional hot tubs and is the perfect addition for a romantic escape.

We’re so happy to share our beautiful place with wonderful wildlife, as well as wonderful guests! We do all we can to encourage wildlife and nature to flourish here, and we’re delighted that our efforts over the years are really paying off.
