We would love you to enjoy the true Cornish experience when you visit Lydcott Glamping, so have put together the following hampers, available to pre-order.

All the products in our hampers are grown, reared and produced in the local area, and we work closely with our neighboring farms to offer you the very best of truly Cornish produce.

Bread and scones are baked fresh for your arrival – and may even still be warm when you arrive if you’re lucky. (We do try to time it so that this is the case!)

Hansel (Breakfast) Hamper £30

(One hamper is enough to feed 2 people for a couple of days)

If you would like to order a hamper but have specific dietary requirements, please contact us, and we would be happy to source local alternatives (such as veggie options, gluten free bread etc).

We absolutely LOVE dogs (and have 4 gorgeous labradoodles of our own) – so we welcome a well behaved dog in any of our cabins, apart from Prosecco cabin – simply due to space.

We are so lucky to have some incredible walking spots in the local area including beaches, coastal paths, woodland, and the moors. We provide lots of suggestions in your cabin manual.

If your dog is happy to play with our dogs then please let us know, as ours are always delighted to meet new friends!

Similarly, if your dog (or indeed any member of your group) is particularly nervous and not happy around other dogs, then please let us know so that we can pay extra attention to our dogs’ whereabouts at all times during your stay.

You can add up to 2 dogs to your booking when you make your reservation, at a cost of £20 per dog.

Just add your pooch to your booking when you checkout and we’ll look forward to welcoming them as an additional VIP!

Doggy Daycare & Grooming

If you need to pop your pooch into daycare while you have a day out exploring, then we can 100% recommend The Dog House Looe or Pelynt Kennels to ensure they are well looked after. Book well in advance if possible to avoid disappointment.

Nature Spotting Kit

We’re so honoured to be able to say that our site is home to so much wildlife – and we’ve recently discovered that we have a number of badgers that like to visit us at night time – as evidenced by their ‘snuffle holes’ (yes that’s the actual term for it!) all over the field and up the sides of the pathways, where they have been searching for tasty midnight snacks.

For those of you who are keen to see our nocturnal visitors, we are delighted to introduce our latest extra – including night vision binoculars. As well as badgers, you may have the good fortune to see our resident Pole Cats, Hedgehogs, Moles, Bats and nearby resident Owls.

• Nature spotting guide books of British species, including how to find them, where to find them and how to ensure you have the most rewarding wildlife-watching experiences

Bird Spotting Kit

With so many different species of birds visiting our site, we’ve put together a kit to help you identify them and record what you see and hear. A great introduction to bird spotting, with some hints and tips to continue your bird spotting journey at home.

• Online spotting diary to record your experiences as you go

Here at Lydcott Glamping we are very lucky to be close to Bodmin Moor, the first International Dark Sky Place designation in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Not only do we have the beautiful open skies here with no light pollution nearby, but we also have peace and quiet in our gorgeous rural spot, with stunning views across the fields and to the sea.

We now have stargazing binoculars to hire during your stay – just add to your booking when you book online.

If you’re celebrating a special occasion while you’re here, we would be delighted to decorate your cabin for your arrival – just add the celebration pack when you book online, and drop us an email to let us know any specific details – ie whether it’s a birthday / anniversary or something else you’re celebrating.

We’re super excited to say that we now have our very own smart EV charger to provide a much- needed convenience and service to our guests.

Our charging point is powered by VoltShare and is compatible with all electric cars. 

EV drivers looking to visit us now never need to worry about running out of charge or stopping over at in-transit rapid charging points before arrival; no more range anxiety!

We are excited to be part of the zero-emission revolution, promoting clean transport and healthier skies. As part of their commitment, VoltShare also recaptures 2000-3000kg of CO2 for each charging point installed.

Our gift vouchers make the perfect present, and you can buy any amount from £15 upwards, and email it either directly to the lucky recipient or email to yourself to print out and give to them in person.
