Description
A truly unique Cornish vineyard flavour and certainly like no other red you will have tasted before. Delicious and refreshing from a vineyard seeking to create the best reds they can in our climate and soils. Can be further enhanced with crushed black pepper, and a pressed blackcurrant sage leaf.
TASTING NOTE:
Aromas: Full of ripe berry characters such as cherry and strawberry.
On the palate: Lightly oaked, youthful and fresh. An easy drinking, medium bodied, food friendly red with good tannins and structure. Grapes grown in their Seaton Valley vineyard – over yonder.
PAIRINGS: Perfect with grilled or smoked meats.
